The Spekko “pop-up” tasting kitchen was manned by flamboyant Chef Kuan Lai from  the award winning Kitima at the kronendal Cooking his top 5 Thai recipes, Chef Kuan Lai introduced one of Spekko’s newest “family members” – Spekko Royal Umbrella Jasmine Rice to loyal fan in Kitima.

Clearly the new “Reza Mahammad” on the block, Chef Kuan Lai is clearly  both a fabulous  cook, as well as a showman of note. Audiences loved him, he impressed us all with his endorsement of the Spekko brand and he cooks like an angel.
